The PVCC, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, launches every year an Essay Competition on volunteerism.
Participating institutions: Gymnasiums, the A’ and B’ Grades of Lyceum and Technical Schools of public and private Secondary & Technical Education.
